Production Planner

We are seeking a Production Planner to assist in overseeing the daily activities of manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met within established delivery times.

Requirements:

• Associate degree from a technical school or related studies is preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP system or the eagerness to learn.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Must have a positive mindset.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of S4Hana
• Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety standards are met within established delivery times.
• Incoming and outgoing control of raw material and finished product ensuring properly identification and process execution.
• Manufacturing order execution for the manufacturing team, supervising and ensure a smooth process.
• Resolution of incidents in the shortest possible time to avoid missing delivery deadlines.
• Inventory and stock control.
• Production control ensuring targets are achieved on schedule.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in production processes, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.
• Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Help in fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.
