Corporate HSE Coordinator

The Role
We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Corporate HSE Administrator to join our HSE team in a Full-Time capacity with hybrid working options!
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to project (Construction / O&M) and corporate stakeholders in the rollout and ongoing use of Gransolar’s Online Risk and Compliance Platform (Hammertech).
- Support project and corporate teams in creating and communicating company-wide consultation processes, including Safety, Information and Incident Alerts.
- Support the Head of HSE Construction and Systems in compiling and preparing corporate HSE reports.
- Provide assistance to Project HSE Managers in the preparation of weekly and monthly HSE reports as required.
- Deliver and coordinate the WHS component of corporate HSE induction programs.
- Conduct HSE inspections across corporate office locations as required.
- Support the Head of HSE Construction and Systems in the development, review and enhancement of Gransolar’s WHS Management System and associated risk management tools.
- Perform duties as a Corporate First Aid Officer.
- Support and coordinate corporate consultation and engagement processes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of corporate risk management tools.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety (or working towards it).
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (advantageous).
- 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Previous experience in renewables
