Business development

Business Development is one of the most important areas within Gransolar. It includes all the professionals who carry out strategies, processes and tasks that pursue the origination, business development and the conquest of new markets and new projects for the Group in order to achieve the Business Plan.  

Among the tasks of the people dedicated to Business Development are the identification of new active clients in the Group's key markets; the proposal of new business models to our different business units and support in their execution; the acquisition and consolidation of key accounts; the pursuit of partners and strategic alliances; or having knowledge of the competitive environment, expansion opportunities, and new developments that may have an impact on the Group's business.
